Internship Description
FirstRand Group’s divisions (FNB and RMB) are offering 12-month contracts to unemployed graduates who’ve never worked before. The focus of this programme is to improve the employability of successful candidates.
Throughout the programme, the incumbent will have an opportunity to build workplace confidence and competence by contributing to business objectives and deliverables. The incumbent will be required to successfully complete the prescribed development programme.

RMB Youth Development Programme
A recognised bachelor’s degree in:
- Finance,
- Data Analytics
- Statistics
- Marketing
Graduate Programme (Ref: R17284)
Completed degree (NQF7) in:
- Finance
- Economics
- Accounting
FNB Graduate Programme (Ref: R9717)
Completing the final year of a university degree, with a focus on the following programs:
- Actuarial Science,
- Maths,
- Statistics,
- Engineering,
- Physics,
- Information Systems,
- Computer Science,
- Chemistry,
- Data Science,
- UX ( usability and customer experience),
- or related fields.
