AVBOB Mutual Assurance Society invites unemployed South African graduates between the ages of 18-35 to apply for the 2024/25, twelve months Internship Programme.
You will be working for a company that is over 100 years old with strong values which are customer-centric. Responsibilities:
The areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
- Deliver a positive and professional client service experience to branch customers.
- Manage client inquiries at branches and document activities and outcomes.
- Escalate customer complaints or complex queries to supervisors and branch managers in a timely manner.
- Provide clients with technical assistance on products and services offered by AVBOB Mutual.
- Build positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
- Maintain client records and documenting processes.
- Through post-service surveys, identify potential client service concerns and facilitate proactive intervention steps.
- Keep an eye on emerging trends in client services and assist the team in leveraging these trends.
- Recommend product improvements based on client service feedback.
Fields of study:
Qualification in any of the following:
- Financial Degree
- Accounting/Economics
- BSc Information Systems
- Marketing Management
- Business Administration
Skills and Competencies:
