Responsibilities:

In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:

• Contribute to revenue by participating in parts sales
• Ensure compliance ensuring all sales are quoted and invoiced in accordance with the established processes and procedures
• Contribute to warehouse operations by participating in inbound and outbound activities
• Ensure customer service excellence by driving customer satisfaction and providing feedback
• Data Interpretation
• Consolidates and distributes sales reports

Requirements:

To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:

• Grade 12 / High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education / NQF Level 4 qualification
• Some experience in admin, warehousing and/or retail
• Some experience dealing with customers
• Communicates effectively
