Internship Description
Role Purpose: for graduates to gain practical experience and exposure in a position of responsibility and to prove that education, training, experience and professional development have enabled them to discharge, in full, the responsibilities of a Property Management Professional. The opportunity exposes candidates to the operations, control, maintenance and oversight of real estate and physical property.
Responsibilities:
As a Young-Professional-In-Training, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and travelling to other working environments to gain practical experience on the following deliverables:

- Facilities Management
- Billing and Credit Control
- Non Gross Lettable Area (Non-GLA) Management
- Risk Management
- Performance Management, Talent Management and Capacity Building
- Employee Wellness, Change Management and Culture Building
- HR System & Governance & Employee Relations
- Contract Management
- Maintenance Management
- Engineering Management
- Facilities Management
- Environmental Management
- Space Management
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Utility Management
- Security Management
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary Qualification (NQF 6/7) in:
- Property Studies,
- Property Valuation or other Real Estate related stream
- Information Management,
- Data Science
- Finance
Advantageous
- A National Diploma in Real Estate Studies (NQF 6) are encouraged.
- Postgraduate Studies are an added advantage
- Some vocational experience would be an added advantage
