Internship Description
Hotazel Manganese Mines (HMM) is launching the 2024 Graduate Development Program. The Graduate Program is a two-year program designed to smoothly transition recent graduates from university to the work environment. The program provides challenging and rewarding work to develop our graduates into future leaders and technical experts at HMM.

Required Education:
BSc/ BEng Degree/BTECH/National Diploma in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current)
- Mining Engineering
- Geology
- Mine Survey
- Chemical Engineering (Mine Processing)
- Metallurgy
- Health, Safety and Environment
- Industrial Engineering
About You:
- Have no more than two years of relevant work experience
- Eager to gain exposure in and work in the Mining industry.
- Good communication, analytical and logical thinking skills will be preferable.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work within a team is essential.
