Internship Description

Western Cape Dept of Agriculture invites South African unemployed youth to apply for the Agricultural Youth Development (APFYD) Matric Internship Programme 2023 / 2024.

This Internship Programme is aimed at providing valuable experience and exposure in agriculture to unemployed youth in rural areas of the Western Cape.

Stipend: R60,037.92 per year

Requirements: 

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be currently Unemployed
• Must be a South African citizen 
• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science.
• Youth between the ages of 18 to 24.
• Applicants must be entering an internship or youth development program in the government for the first time.
