Nestlé is looking for potential young talent to join our East and South African Region teams. The Graduate programme is a great way for young graduates to kickstart their careers.
We are searching for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our graduate trainee program. As a graduate trainee, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and travelling to other working environments to gain practical experience.

Human Resource Graduate Trainee
B-Com in either:
- Human Resource Management
- or Industrial Psychology
- or similar
Finance Graduate Trainee
- B-Com Accounting
Marketing Graduate Trainee
- BCom in Digital Marketing

- Strategic Marketing degree
Quality Assurance Graduate Trainee
A Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Food technology,
- Microbiology,
- Biochemistry,
- or any other relevant qualifications.
Production Graduate Trainee
