Internship Description

Our programme is designed to allow passionate and enthusiastic graduates to hone their abilities through various forms of consultant training and garner valuable experience by exposing them to the workplace through internal and external project engagements.

Data Graduate / Intern

• Completed or final year Diploma/Degree in:
  • Technology,
  • Finance,
  • Stats and Maths,
  • Business

Finance Graduate / Intern

• Completed or Final year Diploma/Degree in:
  • Finance or Accounting
• CIMA or ACCA track would be advantageous

Management Consultant Graduate​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ / Intern

• Completed Matric
• Any Completed undergraduate Tertiary Qualification

Risk Graduate​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ / Intern

• Completed or final year Degree with a focus on Risk 
• Advantageous :
  • Additional Risk training, ie. FRM, Risk Analysis, etc, is Advantageous

Software Developer Graduate​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ / Intern

• Relevant qualification in:
  • Information Technology / 
  • Computer Science / MCDP 
• Preferably BSc Degree in:
  • Computer Science from a Recognised University

• Completed or Final year Diploma/Degree in:
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Logistics Management
  • Transportation Management / Transport Economics
  • Industrial Engineering

• Completed or Final year Diploma/Degree in:
  • Information or Interaction Design,
  • Psychology,
  • Research,
  • Visual Arts,
  • Multi-Media
  • Marketing

Skills and Competencies:

• Interest in developing skills in one of the Career mentioned above areas 
• Must want to be a consultant and engage on various projects and with multiple clients 
• Interested in implementing solutions and being hands-on in the implementation  
• Ability to travel locally and cross boarder for IQbusiness client projects  
• Be comfortable with a hybrid working model  
• A self-starter personality and the ability to think on their feet 
• Ability to work under pressure
